The approach to e-newsletter design is as a webpage, but coding in (X)HTML¹ determines how it is rendered in e-mail readers or web-based email clients like Gmail and Hotmail, just like one has to make webpages cross browser  compatible you will appreciate. Good to know that some email clients strip CSS out, images will not be shown by default, Lotus Notes 6 and 7 do not show PNG images f.i., and then there is the spam filter, right?

Design is one thing, contents is another. Getting the message across in the most effective way is our business and mutual benefit for all parties involved is quintessential, goes without saying.

Therefore:

1.Your query “What is the one thing you want people to do when they get this email?” will be paramount and discussed with you elaborately.

2.Our quest will be to make it clear and prominent, match the e-Newsletter to an existing visual design if so desired, a permission reminder if the aim is building a relationship; a well-executed “Unsubscribe” link in bulk e-Newsletters or "Send to a friend" function.

3. We will work out the quintessential and if monitoring, analyzing the metrics of open rates, click rates, forwards or other trackable action are warranted, Google Analytics can be used to record such as you may well know.
